Accessing your WiConnect Wireless Router<\/strong> Email Confirmation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. You will receive an email that says, \u201cYou’ve been invited to join the IgniteNet Cloud!\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"\"\u00a0\u00a0 Account Creation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. In the email you will receive, click \u201cREGISTER.\u201d If the registration button does not work, please use the hyperlink above the registration button.<\/li>\n
    2. Register using your email address and then create a password. Passwords must have at least 8<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      characters, one number, and one symbol. For example: Abcdef12@. Then Select \u201cI\u2019m Not a Robot\u201d and complete the verification. Once Verified, select \u201cRegister\u201d on the bottom. Make sure you click \u201cI accept the User Agreement \u201c<\/p>\n

      1. Then Accept your invitation to join WiConnect Wireless and Click Next.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \"\"\u00a0 Accessing Your Account Dashboard:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. You should automatically be directed to your account once clicking next, if you are not automatically logged in. Go directly to: https:\/\/cloud.ignitenet.com<\/a> and use your email and password you used to register. You can also add the website as a favorite in your internet browser or on your desktop for easy access.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. To see your account and view your settings, click \u201cChoose a Site\u201d on the upper left, then select your name, it will take you to your site dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Click Devices, and select Wireless. Then select your wireless router highlighted by your name in blue. You will now be at your wireless router dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Viewing your Connected Devices:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                1. Once you are at your wireless router dashboard you will be able to see all of your connected devices, as well as current throughput and signal levels.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Viewing your Wireless Password:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  1. Under site Menu, click Configuration, then select Advanced. Under the wireless settings, click the eye ball on the bottom right in the encryption key tab to view the password<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
